1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Pagewala ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Pagewala is operated by Pagewala ("we", "our", "us") and available at pagewala.com.

2. Description of Service

Pagewala is an AI-powered sales agent that connects to your Facebook Page via Messenger. It automatically responds to customer messages, answers product questions, and captures orders on your behalf in Bangla, English, and Banglish.

3. Account Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must provide accurate account information (phone number, name)
  • You are responsible for maintaining your account security
  • You must be the authorized admin of any Facebook Page you connect

4. Facebook Page Access

When you connect a Facebook Page, you grant Pagewala permission to:

  • Read and reply to Messenger conversations on your page
  • Read your page's posts (for product sync)
  • Send messages on behalf of your page within Facebook's 24-hour messaging window

You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the page from your Pagewala dashboard or removing the app from your Facebook Business settings.

5. AI-Generated Responses

  • Pagewala uses AI (Google Gemini) to generate responses to your customers
  • AI responses are based on your product catalog and configuration
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your product information (prices, descriptions, availability)
  • AI may occasionally produce incorrect responses — you can take over any conversation at any time
  • Pagewala is not liable for any business decisions made based on AI responses

6. Orders & Transactions

  • Pagewala captures orders from Messenger conversations but does not process payments
  • You are responsible for fulfilling orders, handling refunds, and customer disputes
  • Order prices are always verified against your catalog — the AI cannot override your set prices

7. Billing & Plans

  • Free plan includes limited messages per month — no credit card required
  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via SSLCommerz (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, BD bank cards) or Stripe (Visa/Mastercard)
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use Pagewala to:

  • Sell prohibited items (as defined by Facebook's Commerce Policies)
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Impersonate other businesses or individuals
  • Violate Facebook's Platform Terms or Community Standards
  • Engage in any illegal activity

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for missed messages or orders due to downtime, Facebook API changes, or network issues. We will notify you of planned maintenance when possible.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time — all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. See our Data Deletion page for details.
