Your Right to Delete

You have the right to request deletion of all data Pagewala has collected through your use of our service. This includes your account information, connected Facebook Pages, conversations, orders, and product catalog.

What Gets Deleted

When you request data deletion, we permanently remove the following:

  • Your Pagewala account and profile information
  • All connected Facebook Page tokens and page configurations
  • All Messenger conversations and messages stored in Pagewala
  • All orders captured through Pagewala
  • Your product catalog (including uploaded images)
  • AI agent configuration and settings
  • Notification preferences and WhatsApp number
  • All usage and analytics data

How to Request Deletion

Option 1: From Your Dashboard

Go to Settings → Delete Account in your Pagewala dashboard. This will immediately begin the deletion process.

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to privacy@pagewala.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the phone number or email associated with your account. We will process your request within 48 hours.

Option 3: From Facebook

You can remove Pagewala's access from your Facebook account at any time:

  1. Go to Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites
  2. Find "Pagewala" and click Remove
  3. This revokes our access to your Facebook Page and triggers data deletion on our end

Deletion Timeline

  • Immediate: Your account is deactivated and AI replies stop
  • Within 48 hours: All personal data is removed from our primary database
  • Within 30 days: All data is permanently purged from backups
